Dallas and surrounding police departments have vice units that patrol what most would call "morality" crimes.  They enforce areas such as the use and sale of alcohol in public places, gambling violations, and adult entertainment establishment violations. 

Texas has the TABC that will enforce violations dealing with "establishments".  Sale of alcohol to minors, after hours, and other illegal activities or actions by establishments that sell alcohol in Texas.  See the section on Alcohol violations for more information.
